The simplest definition of Transcription is conversion of voice to electronic text form. Medical Transcription is an IT enabled service that requires specialized skills in utilizing Information technology in converting the voice data of the doctors who are in the US, consisting of patient history and medical advises into electronic documents. We provide both In-house and Home Based Training for Medical Transcription. We provide 240 hours (3 months) quality training for Medical Transcription. You should attend the theory and practical sessions regularly. Interested candidates having Basic English knowledge (no need for fluency) with good listening skill can soon become a good Medical Transcriptionist after completing the training with us. During training period you will learn… American Accent Format of the Case history, Repeated Medical Terminologies, English for Medical Transcription, Knowledge about Transcription Soft wares o 12 Medical Dictionaries, o Electronic Drug Dictionary & Drug list o Scribe aid soft ware, o Gold wave editor, o Examine 32, o Gender checker, o Random dictionary, o American Heritage dictionary After the training, salary will vary from Rs.5500 to 25000 pm. based on your accuracy level. HOME–BASED TRANSCRIPTION JOB – TRAINING DETAILS For Home Based Medical Transcription, thousands of Voice files with reference files with the above mentioned supporting soft wares will be installed by us in your system (Home PC). You have to follow our instructions and practice minimum 3 - 4 hours regularly everyday with the doctors Voice files, which we have given you. For doubts during practice you can use our helpline numbers or you can attend the Editor classes in any one of our branches (CHENNAI-Tambaram, Madipakkam, Perambur, Porur, VELLORE or SALEM). Unlimited online test is provided for our candidates through yogamonline@yahoo.com. We regularly assess your accuracy level through this unlimited test. Once you reach the accuracy around 90%, online Home Based job will be approved and routed immediately. Initially, your average payment will be one Rupee per line (for 90% of accuracy) later; your payment will be increased (based on your accuracy). The payment cycle will be thirty days payable, by cheque or account transfer. Initially, being a new fresh Home Transcriber you will be able to do approximately 50 lines per hour. Later, after getting some transcription experience, you can do maximum of 100 lines per hour. Based upon this calculation, if you are working from home average, 8 hours per day as a HBT, can earn minimum of Rs.10000 to 35000 per month. Charges will be applicable for this training, book material, transcription soft wares with unlimited online support. MEDICAL CODING JOB – TRAINING DETAILS What is medical coding? As the name implies, coding is the process of assigning formal, standardized codes to diagnoses and procedures performed or identified by physicians. These standardized codes make it possible for health care providers to receive accurate and timely financial reimbursement from insurance companies and government programs such as Medicare. Typically, a call centre has the ability to handle a considerable volume of calls at the same time, to screen calls and forward those to someone qualified to handle them. Call centers have evolved tremendously from being just a medium of voice based customer support into integrated contact centers, which are capable of handling customer queries over the phone, or the online medium. Once placed in an International Call Center, you can earn minimum Rs.9500 to Maximum Rs.35000 per month + Incentives. Your working time will be in US timings (any 9 hours between 11AM to 9AM). Food, Pickup and drop will be provided for all candidates by the concerned company. If placed in Domestic Call Center, you can earn minimum Rs.7500 to Maximum Rs.25000 + Incentives.
